We are very strongly committed to protecting our customers' personal information. It is our intent to keep it confidential and secure.
Credit card information entered online is processed by our payment providers, Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, CA), and PayPal (San Jose, CA). Both are PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant. Credit card information given to us by phone, fax or mail is also processed through Stripe, Inc., and then destroyed. At no time is any customer credit card information stored on our website or on our premises.
Contact information is stored on our website, and, electronically and on paper on the premises.
Access to contact information is limited to our employees, with only 2 exceptions:
• We provide our vendor with names and addresses to produce labels or addressed envelopes for our advertising mailers.
• We may at some point in the future consider renting our customer mailing list. We would consider renting our list only to advertise a quality product or service related specifically to pain management, which we thought might be of interest and value to our customers.
Any customer can at any time request that their contact information not be included for renting.

Note: For our advertising mailings, we rent lists from hospice and pain management organizations. Often when you receive an advertising mailing from us, you are not on our own customer mailing list.
